This flat iron is the best. I used the recommended heat setting for my hair texture and it did not disappoint. It truly is a singlepass process with this iron. Unlike some other flat irons that you have to pass it through your hair a few times, just once at your recommended setting. Best of all I found that I had no heat damage to my hair -- as a matter of fact, my hair is now more silky, soft and shiny with this iron as opposed to my old iron. I love it so much that I will probably get another one when T3 has a promotion just to have it as a back-up. Don't want to be without it!!!!
