I had my Paul Mitchell straightener for over 10 years and only replaced it because the cord wore out. That being said this is a great replacement; high quality, good hand feel, doesn’t pull my ultra fine hair. My only complaint is why are there so many settings?! I would love this even more if all it had was temp settings. It is easy enough to use and heats up great but I don’t feel like the “curl” or the “hair type” is useful for me since I am the only person using it.
I’ve used different flat iron but honestly I wanna say about this flat iron. My hair is totally straight and I don’t feel like it’s being burnt or I get that burnt smell and I love it.
Shouldn't have these issues with how much it costs.

My hair is fine and straight, this straightener pulls on my hair even when just straightening. Also the location of the buttons makes it so that i am constantly pressing them and switching the settings while styling. Disappointing as i had researched straighteners forever, trying to find the best one for my hair type, and splurged on this one because it had such good reviews.
Bought it couple weeks ago and tried twice, it’s a lot easier to use than expected and hair not as damage like other brands I’ve used. Hair still smooth after go over twice with the iron.
