I would like my straightener replaced because I believe it is faulty.

It doesn’t seem to work. I can turn it on but can’t get it to heat up beyond the first light. I would like to exchange this unit for one that works. I’m very disappointed and wish I had selected a different hair straightener.

Hard to understand use instructions

Wish there were better user instructions…it’s very confusing. I have even looked on-line and there isn’t any better user information. I don’t understand how to activate the texture feature…and the instructions are lousy. Other than that it seems to work but I’d love to know exactly how to use this iron.

This is the best straightener I ever tried this will always be my number 1 it just gives me silk shines glassy and most importantly straight and it even has curl mode

I bought this flat iron after hearing a lot about it. One thing that made me hesitant in buying was the lack of a clearly marked temperature gauge or digital display. The hair texture mode is supposed to select this for you but you also have the option of selecting it manually. The fine hair texture setting is too low to straighten fine type 4 hair. This is why using hair texture isn’t enough. I do indeed have fine hair as many salons have pointed out. I had to use the manual setting and it’s just too complicated! There’s no way to know what temperature you’re using without the manual. I had this in blush, after using it twice I knew it wasn’t for me and returned it. Please make your products user friendly.
