It doesn’t seem to work. I can turn it on but can’t get it to heat up beyond the first light. I would like to exchange this unit for one that works. I’m very disappointed and wish I had selected a different hair straightener.

This is my second iron. I have had the same problem with both. After a few months it will only heat up half way, now it does not get hot enough for my hair. I have only had second o e 2 months
I liked my other T3 better. After I left imy original one in a hotel room, I purchased this one thinking it was the same model but it wasn’t. I’m not sure which model I had before, I think it was the next level up after this one. Anyway, this “singlePass” is not completely accurate. I have fairly fine hair, and it works just fine on my hair, but comparing it to the t3 one I had before, it was a bit smoother. Also, I think the width on this one is smaller than my Original t3, making the curls a little smaller. But not by much. My real issue and number one reason for 3 stars is that it is very confusing to turn on and off and change settings. And my finger keeps hitting the buttons, I feel like they’re poorly placed. To be fair, I haven’t read the directions on how to use the settings yet, I usually just use the setting that it was on the time before, so it’s fine, but I would get more out of it if I took the time to figure out the curl settings and all that. It just seems very difficult to change the settings and it really shouldn’t be that hard
Shouldn't have these issues with how much it costs.

My hair is fine and straight, this straightener pulls on my hair even when just straightening. Also the location of the buttons makes it so that i am constantly pressing them and switching the settings while styling. Disappointing as i had researched straighteners forever, trying to find the best one for my hair type, and splurged on this one because it had such good reviews.

The power button SUCKS. This item is too costly to be this problematic. So disappointed. I intended to buy other T3 items, but there's no way now.
