The perfect sous chef

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always wanted one for kneading bread and making pasta. I got this as an anniversary gift. I may not have bought the 7qt for myself because there are only 2 of us in the house but i am glad its the big one! It certainly takes the work out of kneading bread. I watched the "dime" video to learn how to adjust the height, but still feel like the wideness of the 7qt makes it hard for the dough hook reach the sides. A quick scrape here and there is a fair trade to the amazing powerhouse this machine is. ... I cant wait to see what it can do with everything else.

Great Stand Mixer with Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted a 7qt stand mixer for years so my husband bought me one for our 25th wedding anniversary and I absolutely love it. I have a 25 year old tilt head 4.5 qt mixer which is still going strong but it could not handle making bread dough. My new mixer handles the bread dough with no problem. It's more powerful and has more and better attachments included. I love the color and the slow speed for mixing in flour and not having it fly everywhere. I make bread dough at least twice per week without it struggling to mix the dough. I wished I hadn't waited so long.
I would recommend this to a friend!
