[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got it in time to make Christmas cookies. It made the cookies that are hard to stir a complete breeze.

Disappointed in a long awaited product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not thrilled with the stationary mixer head with no lift capability. It's very difficult to get the bowl in place for use. A party from the handle has already broken off. The finish on the beater is coming off. For the investment we've made in this product, the return is not as expected.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a kitchen aid mixer for over 30 years! I bake alot and needed the 7 qt. My absolute favorite thing about my new 7 qt mixer is THE HALF SPEED!!!!!!!!!!! No more ingredient flying out of the bowl.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been a stand mixer gal for years and my husband thought it was time to upgrade to the biggest available. Needless to say I’m loving the added capacity and the quiet motor. My families been enjoying the benefit of the larger bowl too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting this mixer for a year but with all the other kitchen gadgets I have it was hard to convince my wife due to storage concerns but when this went on sale I couldn’t resist, I am a avid bread baker and retired now so plenty of time to bake, this mixer is a life saver for me compared to hand mixing it handles my 1500g French bread recipe with ease plenty of HP I also bought the pasta roller set that works great but most of all it is so much cleaner to bake compared to hand mixing even my wife is a believer now, plus it saves a lot of time this machine has not rested a day sense bought it’s also a non issue making smaller batches so if your sitting on the fence go for it you won’t regret it !!

already broken

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought as an emergency replacement for two KA stand mixers that are broken and being sent for repair (haven't even packed up the boxes yet). This one already has issues-- an insert in the handle of the lift mechansim fell out the third time i lifted to bowl, and keeps falling out. Total frustration with Kitchenaid.

The Table Saw of the Kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went big and strong with the 7 qt mixer because it is also compatible with the smaller bowls which allow to right size for most days and uplift to the big jobs of prep cooking for the week and month for provisioned staples. I have made noodles...treated myself to the 3 set pasta attachment..whole other set of praise for those tools. The applicable part though is that the mixer ran for 30 mins between dough and attachment requirements--at low torque. It was cool to the touch and just handled the job. I have owned some form of KitchenAid mixer now for 30+ years and this may very well be---sad face--my forever mixer...but, boy, are we going to have fun!
