[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After my 1st Kitchen Aid was damaged, my husband searched to find me a new one. I like the color and kitchenaid overall, however, I am not as happy with this one as I was my original one. The speed settings do not seem to be accurate, and it smells as if the motor is burning. I've only had it since March and will probably be contacting kitchenaid since I bought an extended warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a KitchenAid mixer for 5 years, and decided to upgrade. Although I've never had problems until this mixer the locking mechanism was broke when it arrived. I called, was only on the phone for 10-15 minutes and had my problem solved with a new mixer on the way. This is one kitchen accessory I will never live without. I absolutely love my KitchenAid mixer and totally recommend it!
