[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying it. I haven’t had it long enough to do a lot with it, but have liked what I’ve done. The motor does make a sound that sounds as if it is trying to stay on. I’m hoping that is normal?

Weak motor

This was a gift as I started making bread. Although I will use it for other things, such as ice cream, it is a failure at mixing dough. It bogs down as soon as the dough starts to come together. I guess I will have to knead by hand. Very disappointed in this aspect of the machine. I don’t bake otherwise so I hope it works with ice cream. I’d just as soon return it.

Rough start in the beginning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I returned my 4 1/2 qtr and bought the 5 qt. I was excited when it came and I unboxed it and put it in my kitchen. I went to adjust the paddle and I could it turn the screw to adjust the paddle up or down. I was very upset but after about 1 month I’d tried to adjust it and I was able to adjust it. It works great
