Head of mixer bounces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago because my 30 year old KitchenAid classic died. I used for the first time this week and while overall performance ok I expected better. The lock mechanism doesn’t want to slide completely and the head bounces during mixing of cookie dough.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wanted a tilt head
