I Love My Kitchen-Aid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted this for years. I do gluten-free baking and burn out everything I try to use because the dough is so thick. My Kitchen-Aid can handle it! It lives on my counter right next to the stove and is a huge blessing. I use it constantly. I also have the Kitchen-Aid food processor and I use it every day. It made my canning this year soooo much faster and easier.

The power of the motor is great; when I used it to make a sweet potato pie it cut down on the time it took to mix it. I also purchased a grinder and loved using it to make sausage for the first time. Would not trade it for anything.
