Finally - my very own KitchenAid Tilt-Head

And now, I've just bought my first attachment. It's hard to believe all the extra work I had to do before my mixer arrived.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used this twice since purchasing and the only complaint so far is it's just new and I'm still learning how to incorporate this bad boy into my cooking routine. I'm so used to mixing/blending things by hand so having to learn what speed settings work and for how long to mix things (ex hand kneading dough for 10min is apparently equivalent to using dough hook for 2min I'm told). So other than a learning curve, I'm enjoying the hands free experience of baking and cooking!
