[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Need to get used to speed setting. Made cookies and used too high of a speed, over mixing the batter and cookies baked flat. Was my first time using. But it does what it was designed to do. Hand mixers are not as effective as the Kitch Aide mixer, making the process much easier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the new design for the piece you can put over the bowl to keep your dry ingredients from spilling out when the beater goes around… the rubber “feet” keep it locked in place and that is awesome!!!

Good for some things, NOT dough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to make healthier options for my family. When I’m making bread I can’t keep the tilt head locked down. It slaps and moves up and down. It’s frustrating to spend this kind of money and need to hold the mixer the entire time I’m mixing dough.
