No longer the good mixer it once was!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’d give a 0 if I could. I had the same model for 17 tears, but the quality of product and customer service has diminished. Twice not Over gotten a faulty model that giant work, the return “got lost” and customer service tells me there’s nothing they can do. Buy from somebody else.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

speed isn't the same as my older one.

Number 1 product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Need to get used to speed setting. Made cookies and used too high of a speed, over mixing the batter and cookies baked flat. Was my first time using. But it does what it was designed to do. Hand mixers are not as effective as the Kitch Aide mixer, making the process much easier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m disappointed. I thought because everyone owns a kitchen aid it must be spectacular! It’s just okay. Maybe I’m
old fashioned, but I prefer to put my spatula in the mixer while mixing. Having to stop it, lift the beater, then mix is not what I consider easier. Having one large beater to clean can be messy. Just not into it. The only reason I gave it 3 stars ia my family liked the cheese cake I made with the mixer. But it was more work than my old one.

I will be happy to change this review when received because I would expect it to be a game changer and five stars. For now u til I receive it will remain as low

Love the shredder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made a vegetable salad and used the shredder and slicer I LOVE IT! It was so easy to use and did a better job than my food processor. Then I made peanut butter cups and the mixer did a great job. The peanut butter mixture can be dense and the mixer had no problem at all. I also like that you can remove the splash guard.
