An American Classic...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted this stand mixer forever and was finally able to purchase not one but two...
We gave one to our son as he loves to make authentic home made ramen dishes. Now with the mixer and the optional pasta roller he will be able to create delicious noodles to go with them. I wanted one for baking, breads in particular my dad used to make the best home made bread loaves and I can't wait. I also want to dive into making home made sausages using the meat grinder and sausage stuffing attachment.
Both units were bundled with the box grater shredder slicer attachment we will use these like crazy.

Bouncy delights

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my mixer for Christmas and have used it multiple times a week since. I’ve even bought a second attachment kit (spiralizer with peel, core and slice) to go with it! It’s made baking and clean up so much easier and saves me a ton of time. The only downfall is even a normal batch of cookies (18-24 count) makes the mixer jump around. I have the 5 quart but when making cookies I’ve found that anything over 1.5 quarts (once fully incorporated) will make the head of the mixer bounce up and down. So if you’re baking for home with small batches this is a good mixer but if you need double batches you’d want to go to the next size or power level above this. The good part is it gives a little extra arm work out trying to hold it down and the results are always delicious!
