Loving my dough attachment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just purchased my Stand Mixer and the dough attachment has saved my kneading the dough by hand. The recipes I have made are pizza dough, Challah bread and dinner rolls. I look like an expert!

Best mixer in our kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have enjoyed my 30 plus year old Kitchenaid mixer so much and ws disappointed there were no longer parts available for a rebuild, so upon the insistence of my wife we purchased the tilt to mixer. The day after receiving it I made laminated cinnamon rolls. The mixer performed beautifully. Next came fan buns and again the mixer did a great job. The next week, my wife took over and made a batch of chocolate chip cookies and was happy with the performance of the mixer. We like the Kitchenaid mixer so we we purchased a second, refurbished 5.5 quart mixr for large batch cooking. The only item I would make users aware are the instructions state to use speed level 1 when using the dough hook mixing yeast bread.

Always Needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a gift from my wife for Christmas. She saw me looking at them. My old cheap handheld mixer broke right before the holidays while mixing for a cake so I wasn't able to make anything for the holidays. When I say excellent, I mean this thing is excellent! I've been mixing perfect batches of cookies since Christmas and I expect the same quality of mixing when I make my next cake.
