[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not happy with short bowl and whip or paddle do not reach bottom of bowl. Enjoy handle of bowl for pouring. Will purchase guard or flour or ingredients on floor

My flour would fly out of the bowl while adding, sugar also. Even on slow speed. Shield should be part of basic bundle. All other features work perfect.

Love my KitchenAid!

I've had my KitchenAid for many years now. Yes, this is pricey. Yes, it's heavy. Yes, it's many things. The main thing this is for me is a HUGE help in the kitchen. Making frosting? Use the whisk, set the speed & leave it to come together without having to be on top of it the whole time. Making anything that requires a "hand mixer"? Set the speed to where you need it to be & do something else WHILE you are mixing. Money VERY well spent as this is a tool that is handy for so many things & really does make cooking & baking easier to do while attempting to do other things as well. You will NEVER regret spending the money to buy this product.

Top was loose and shook.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and the top portion was loose and would shake when mixing, even shaking so hard it flipped the latch to keep it in place. I’ve tried adjusting the tightness of the screw holding it in place, although this alters the height of the mixer. Hopefully this will address the issue but it’s concerning this was how it arrived.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Leaves mix on the bottom
