[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a senior person. I bought the Kitchen aid mixer because using my hand mixer was hard on my shoulder and arms. Yesterday I made the best lasagna I have ever made using the cheese shredder attachment for mozzarella cheese,, the dough hook to knead the pasta, and the pasta roller. My next project is to use the spiral attachment to make decorative Christmas shapes from vegetables and fruit for my chaterute tray.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have enjoyed my 30 plus year old Kitchenaid mixer so much and ws disappointed there were no longer parts available for a rebuild, so upon the insistence of my wife we purchased the tilt to mixer. The day after receiving it I made laminated cinnamon rolls. The mixer performed beautifully. Next came fan buns and again the mixer did a great job. The next week, my wife took over and made a batch of chocolate chip cookies and was happy with the performance of the mixer. We like the Kitchenaid mixer so we we purchased a second, refurbished 5.5 quart mixr for large batch cooking. The only item I would make users aware are the instructions state to use speed level 1 when using the dough hook mixing yeast bread.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this 5-qt tilt head mixer last month and it's humming. I had one with a smaller motor that lasted YEARS but the motor began to slow. This one has a bigger motor which I need with bread dough. Looking forward to years of baking.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this mixer and had some hiccups with the product. Customer service worked with me until I was completely satisfied.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a gift from my husband. Our 10 year old granddaughter said that we needed one with all 10 speeds working. We all laughed. This is my 2nd one. My original one was over 60years old. Purchased at a garage sale by my father in law. It was a wonderful gift from him. The last 2 years The first 5 speeds no longer worked. But I still used it. Now that I have a new one it is amazing how quick it is to make chocolate chip cookies. I love my Kitchen Aid mixer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mom is a retired District Manager for Willams Sonoma. I have always got her hand me downs, and I finally done down and got a brand new one. Always the best I love this one. Would never even consider getting a different brand mixer.
