Love everything about it!

Was expecting more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased in December. My first unit had a switch malfunctioning with in the first 20 uses. Kitchen aid was very good about getting a replacement. The replacement is working ok so far but the head doesn’t seem to want to stay latched. Haven’t tried to adjust the head height at this time for better contact to the bowl.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am been trying to convince myself to buy this mixer for a long time and now that I have it, I wish I hadn't waited so long. It is great. A cookie batter that I make all the time had become quite a chore on my old mixer but my new mixer does it so fast that it is a joy again.

We've make anywhere from cookies, cream puffs, to pizza dough and have been very satisfied with the powerhouse machine that this is. We've had no issues as of yet, have been taking care of it and making sure to properly wash the accessories.
