Great mixer but accessory broke within a week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the mixer is fantastic. The features and function are solid and the machine isn't too loud while it's running. The only downside right now is that the whipping mixer head detached on one of the tines.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great mixer, but didn't engrave as requested

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this mixer as a present to myself to replace my previous KitchenAid mixer that I have had for 18 years (and it still works). I love the mixer itself! I love the color, and it works like I expect and does a great job! My only complaint is that I was offered free engraving and filled out the form and the engraving was not done before it was sent to me.

My daughters bought me one for Xmas and I’m not satisfied at all the paddle has been stock in it and I haven’t been able to get it out kitchenaid will charge me to fix it spoke with someone and she wasn’t very friendly at all
