Not Enough Power

I wanted to love this mixer but it struggles. I have made cookies that use 5 cups of flower and the machine shakes and gets very warm while mixing. I end up just mixing it by hand. Really unfortunate because it was so expensive
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My daughters bought me one for Xmas and I’m not satisfied at all the paddle has been stock in it and I haven’t been able to get it out kitchenaid will charge me to fix it spoke with someone and she wasn’t very friendly at all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mixer was stolen off the FedEx truck right before Christmas. FedEx corporate security notified me about the unfortunate situation and told me they had filed a police report and, now, all I needed to do was call Kitchen Aid to make a claim and have a new one sent out. FedEx was extremely helpful.
However, when notifying kitchen aid of the situation to file a claim and have a new one sent out. Not only were they not helpful. They lied, saying they would send my order immediately, they never did, plus Now my order is saying canceled. Which means I was charged $400.00 for nothing. I ordered the mixer over a month ago with standard 5 day delivery, it is n now New years, NO MIXER. To rub salt in the wound, Kitchen Aid keeps sending me emails asking to rate my mixer, which I never received.

Not like they used to be

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lock head came broken right out of the box. These things aren’t cheap and I’d love to know if there is any quality control in the factory. How did this ever pass inspection. This was my second mixer, the first one I got wouldn’t shut off, you had to unplug it, then I get the second broken right out of the box. Now I’m having a heck of a time trying to take back the second one, because they won’t send me a third until the original one is checked out of the truck and it’s already been over a month. Definitely not made like my moms 15 year old one that’s still kicking like a beast.
