[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mixer was stolen off the FedEx truck right before Christmas. FedEx corporate security notified me about the unfortunate situation and told me they had filed a police report and, now, all I needed to do was call Kitchen Aid to make a claim and have a new one sent out. FedEx was extremely helpful.
However, when notifying kitchen aid of the situation to file a claim and have a new one sent out. Not only were they not helpful. They lied, saying they would send my order immediately, they never did, plus Now my order is saying canceled. Which means I was charged $400.00 for nothing. I ordered the mixer over a month ago with standard 5 day delivery, it is n now New years, NO MIXER. To rub salt in the wound, Kitchen Aid keeps sending me emails asking to rate my mixer, which I never received.

Beautiful Matcha Color!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't had much opportunity to use my mixer yet - I am hopeful it will be in good order when I do use it (it is my 2nd one - the first was delivered slightly damaged). I have used Kitchenaid mixers all of my life (either my mother's or my own) - they are GREAT!!!! And I'm hopeful my new one - beautiful matcha color - will be great as well.
