[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t know if it’s just this model or how it is being built. But my machine doesn’t have a spring on the beater shaft. So sometimes when I’m removing the dough from it, while it’s attached it has a tendency to potentially fall off. Which makes moving the dough down to the bowl a little tricky.
Aside from that I love it and look forward to using it for many projects.

Defective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this mixer a handful of times and it is already not working.it’s cookie season and I have been making cookie dough, halfway through a batch and the mixer has stopped mixing. It makes a terrible sound so the mixer is getting power but seems like one of the internal gears responsible for spinning the mixer is defective because after such little use it is already not working.
