Makes baking a breeze!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted a KitchenAid mixer for a long time and was ecstatic to receive one this Christmas. I immediately made several batches of cookies to try it out and it makes baking so much easier. No more tired arms from stirring or having to pause with the hand mixer to measure more ingredients. Everything feels sturdy and well-made, and the mixer is very straightforward to use.
Yesterday I made a German chocolate cake from scratch. This mixer cut my usual time spent making this recipe by half. And the best part was the ease of whipping egg whites. The whip attachment on high for a couple minutes and I had those stiff peaks with zero effort on my part. I can't wait to get back to baking!

Great mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased one about 10 years ago. I thought I needed the larger 6 quart mixer so I purchased that one, sold my artisan. After 4 weeks, I sold the 6 quart and purchased a new artisan. I love this mixer. It is large enough to make large batches of cookies but small enough that it doesn’t over mix the dough. I won’t purchase any other mixer than the Artisan, it’s the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had an old Kitchenaid stand mixer for years, passed down from my great -aunt. We donated it in our move, since I didn’t want the extra weight. This is my replacement, and I couldn’t be happier. The bowl is larger, and I love that a pouring shield comes with it. It’s new, so I haven’t used it much, but I’m already a Kitchenaid fan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always wanted to own a stand mixer and finally purchased one in December 2019. I have made one recipe with it and plan to do more things with it moving forward.
The only thing I would suggest to KitchenAid is to provide some basic recipes for baking newbies that we can use to immediately start using the appliance.
