[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i love my new mixer but when it arrived the portion of the mixer that holds the mixing blades was not attached and fell off when i pulled it out of the box. i found the pin in the bottom of the box and put it into the spot for it but it wont go all the way in so I am concerned its going to break or damage the mixer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] KitchenAid appliances are no doubt the best. This stand mixer will make a lot of memories for years to come.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the mixer from my daughter. I love it. I gave my Artisian mixer to her and she got me the Bowl lift mixer. I needed to call for assistance in how to set the bowl into the mixer since I was use to the other mixer. I saw the YouTube video and have absolutely no issues with setting the bowl. I love making bread and now I have used the mixer with no issues and lots of great tasting bread.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mixer is a powerhouse and can handle all my baking needs! What is nice is that is can handle small batches as well without any issues!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from a 5 quart KitchenAid Artisian to this beauty, and couldn't be happier! I bake fruitcakes to sell every Xmas, and this 7 quart Blue Velvet tackles double batches like a dream!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to have room for larger recipes and bread making…..however, I am NOT a fan of the lift bowl mechanism vs. the tilt mixer. Also the paddle that scrapes the sides of the bowl does a very poor job vs. the one for the tilt mixer. With that said…. I use the tilt mixer alot more than this clumsy machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband got me a new mixer for my birthday. I had a smaller model that was still going strong after 20 years, but he leveled up for me. The only things I don’t care for are the way the bowl attaches to the base, and the lack of room to attach the beaters. The bowl is difficult to attach. I have to scoot the mixer forward to see the area at the back. Then after a few attempts to wedge it onto the side attachments I finally get it. Gotta be a better way. To attach the various beaters you have to squeeze them between the bowl and the head and attach. I liked the tilt back feature with the smaller model because it solves the bowl attachment issue and the beater attachment issue. But with it being the larger powered model I understand if this was not feasible. But it does make it difficult for arthritic, limited mobility and strength hands. You know, the hands of most every older woman that has cooked and worked for 50-60 years and has now earned a level up to the prettier model.
