Broke after one use

I have to say it ia ridiculous how hard it is to remove the bowl and to out it back. Also I noticed the lift rod was already flimsy before using and wouldnt hold properly. Bowl would fall constantly and ultimately the cheap plastic clip that holds it broke off in the middle of mixing. I had to hand knead the rest by hand. I cannot believe these machines are this expensive and ao cheaply made. So unfair. I hope they dont give me issues with my return/credit.

I love my mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband got me a new mixer for my birthday. I had a smaller model that was still going strong after 20 years, but he leveled up for me. The only things I don’t care for are the way the bowl attaches to the base, and the lack of room to attach the beaters. The bowl is difficult to attach. I have to scoot the mixer forward to see the area at the back. Then after a few attempts to wedge it onto the side attachments I finally get it. Gotta be a better way. To attach the various beaters you have to squeeze them between the bowl and the head and attach. I liked the tilt back feature with the smaller model because it solves the bowl attachment issue and the beater attachment issue. But with it being the larger powered model I understand if this was not feasible. But it does make it difficult for arthritic, limited mobility and strength hands. You know, the hands of most every older woman that has cooked and worked for 50-60 years and has now earned a level up to the prettier model.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What I am disappointed about is the Bowl after 2 uses is starting g to pit and rust. This is a surprise for me. The quality and workmanship is not what it use to be

Not happy sorry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m usually a big KitchenAid fan but this particular stand mixer has given me nothing but problems. It gets extremely hot and shuts off. Also when I begin to mix it mixed very slow unlike all my past mixers. I’ve yet to have one mix so slow.

Big and clunky!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this mixer for my birthday. I should be grateful, but it’s big and won’t fit under the cabinet where the tilt one was. My husband knew the older one needed to be replaced because the pin kept moving out while using it. This one works great and has lots of power. If I clean off the beater once done, it gets covered again trying to remove the bowl or beater, and no way to let it sit and drip line the tilt stand. If I start with something in the bowl before attaching it, I have to manuever it around trying not to spill, especially since the whip won’t go on after the bowl. I love the color!
