Something not quite right

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looks beautiful and it’s beautiful color but it makes a high pitch whine sound and it struggles to turn bread dough and other basic ingredients. It’s been making the sound from the first use. I need to call KitchenAid to find out what is the matter with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great but arrived unassembled.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i love my new mixer but when it arrived the portion of the mixer that holds the mixing blades was not attached and fell off when i pulled it out of the box. i found the pin in the bottom of the box and put it into the spot for it but it wont go all the way in so I am concerned its going to break or damage the mixer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the machine, but I still wish it had a tilt head like my old Kitchen-aid. Also the bowl is very hard to attach, my husband does it for me. I realize it will get easier after some time. Wish I would have gone with my first instinct on color too, the pistachio.
