Great Printer Product

I have been very impressed with the Artisan 835, from ease of set-up to outstanding print results. I have both MS Windows and OSX machines connected via wi-fi. Set up was quick, easy and took only a few minutes to configure. I have been using about a month now, and have no print or connectivity issues. It just works!! The automatic document feed is very handy for scanning in expense reports and receipts. Photo prints are outstanding!!! It is also very quiet while printing. I cannot imagine a better multifunction printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Epson Excels again

Just installed Artisan 835 without a hitch to XP for now, but next week will configure to Windows 7 w/ updated driver on that system.
Beautiful black shiny appearance, somewhat large but expected for scanner/fax capability.
Expect to get many years again with this one as usual. Still have my Stylus Color 740 but cant get drivers for Win 7 so will also keep it on XP cuz it's working like new and at least 3+ years old. You won't regret Epson printer purchases, and dont have to chg all cartrgs when 1 fails, super cost saver!!

Works Well Except for installation

Just bought the Artisan 835 today and did not install correctly due to older version of drivers on the included disc. Called technical support and they helped with the downloading of the new drivers, since the windows 7 64-bit version was not included on the disc. Otherwise this device is great. I can print from any computer in the home, as long as the software is installed. It can be a bit tricky. The Technical support was a great help.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor start up experience

Everything looks good, but quality of first photo prints is very poor. So far only used on limited basis with all work done is repeatedly testing, cleaning heads, cleaning nozzels, print sample pages...all to no avail. It has taken hours trying to get a decent print. Hate to think that in the first 24 hours I must call tech support. So far I am wasting photo paper and ink.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This deal seems too good to be true. Great price, easy to set up, outstanding features and quality output. This printer is brand new and so far has exceeded my expectations. Hopefully my long-term experience with the device will be similiar.

I have had my printer for a couple of months. So far, I love it. I have printed a lot of pictures & some documents. The quality compares to that of the local photo shops. I have also scanned several pictures as well. I reccommend this printer.
