PROS: Very nice printer. Easy to setup and use. excellent photo quality prints. works well on wireless network. fast scan! scan, print and fax works well with mixed environment -- Mac and Windows PCs. A really BIG PRO -- it prints on ink-jet printable CDs and DVDs!!!!
CONS: stronger wireless transceiver would be great. limited wireless range. cost per print is pretty high, but using after market (not refilled) cartridges does reduce the cost per print.
this is our second Artisan 800 series printer. (have an 810 and now an 835) I would definitely recommend this printer for a single user or multi-user environment.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a great product. I have owned Epson printers for years and am never disappointed. They have a great policy if something goes wrong. The color is stellar.

Smart,clean,very eazzy 2 install! Very comfortable 2 use!! Just wish there were more Epson sample photo picture copies. Family loved them!!!

Print output from 3 networked computers is fine. I've yet to test all the functions. Suggestion: Attach stickers to printer cartons in order that purchasers be apprised the included CD is dated. Much time would have been saved (and aggravation obviated) had I been aware drivers for 64-bit Windows and latter Mac OS must be downloaded from the Epson website.

this is a great all-in-one printer. Easy to install and even easier to use. Color quality is excellent on print and pictures. It does take a little time to scan, but I'm used to my hightech scanner at work. This is a great addition to my home office.

Works but frustrating setup

Everything was great until I added two new computers to our home network.
Prints would not go through until the network laptop was turned off then on again.
Finally I was able to connect all three of my computers to Windows 7 Homegroup. I also upgraded my Vista PC to 7. What a mess since I am trying to get multiple users accounts and computers to print.
Working on this for days and feel like I am lost in the wilderness.
I would recommend this to a friend!
