Great all-in-one

I bought this for printing on DVD's. I had it up and running in 20 minutes, and that includes the machines 5 minute priming. Easy to follow directions, setup was a breeze

I had an unfortunate experience when I purchased the 835 All In One. After loading the driver package, the 835 test ran fine, until I powered it down. When I restarted it, the 835 would not comunicate with my computer, which runs Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit. The Computer is about 3 weeks old and runs great. I ran the repair features, to no avail. I finally had to Remove the 835 from the printer list, uninstall the driver and all associated software and start all over. Then, it woul work just fine, until power down. Upon power up, the 835 would not comunicate with the computer. The next attempt was done with a driver package from your download site. Same problem. All variables considdered, the problem appears to be in the 835 itself. I returned it to the place of purchase, and after re-evaluating my needs, replaced it with a Stylus Photo 1400 and a V33 scanner.
The 835 does a fabuolus job on photo printing. I feel that this problem is an isolated incident, and in no way lessens my respect for the Quality of Epsom Products. Overall I rate Epson at a solid 9 (All products have some room for new inovations and improvement).
I am enjoying the 1400 and the V33.

Epson Artisan 835 Printer

I have had this printer for a very short time but the speed in which it prints wirelessly from all of our computers is amazing. For that alone I am grateful. My time like everyone else's is precious and I don't like to wait for my information to print. The black color is clear and the colors from websites are great. I will print in black from websites but wanted to try out the color. It has the option to print either way. Have not had a chance to print photos yet. Love the touch screen - large, nice to look at and easy to use. Printer is a larger unit but I had the room for it so that's not a problem and I knew going in that it was not small. Very pleased so far.

Great Product

This is my third Epson. I had an Epson 810; it stopping printing. I was afraid I could not get it fixed. Instead the company just exchanged it and I was able to get the 835. It is a wonderful product, prints great pictures, and is pretty fast. Glad I was able to get another Epson!

I got this at Best Buy on sale and it is great! It print very fast and it scans perfectly. The fax works very fast. It is a great machine to have in any home office.

I am about to try my 5th connection attempt.Each time I try I get everything but the scanner. For some reason it does not want to work.I will try one more time.

835 new purchase

Just bought this print. First time trying an epson. wireless install was a breeze. did not have to use the usb connection as suggested. Took about 20 minutes after installing everything i wanted. Connecting to other computers on my network including win 7 was also very easy. Printed a few photos to test the quailty using gloss and semi gloss photo paper. Pics are awesome. I would rate this printer a solid 5 now. If things change as i use the printer i will update the issues. highly recommend this printer.
