Doesn't matter what paper is used or how many sheets are installed, printer will often either jam of feed multiple sheets at once.

Not much to review

I am excited about this printer. Unfortunately I have only managed to scan one item and print from my computer one small item. It seems that the touch screen is non responsive rendering the unit rather limited in its functionality. It will go back today for a replacement. A minor setback. I am not so discouraged by this. I'll try again.

Just purchased and set up printer BUT I do not like the cd print tray setup. The tray does not come out far enough for me. I have a Photo 1400 and an RX680 and I prefer that setup better. We'll wait and see how the rest operates. Like I said I just purchased it.

Replaced and RX-600 with the Artisan 835. Networked easily and the quality and speed for the $'s is very good.

This printer seems to have everything we need right out of the box. The installation was a snap and was up and usable on four MAC computers in a matter of minutes.
The wireless seems to work well as a primary transport to the printer.
Thumbs Up!

I am quite disappointed with this product so far. Photo quality is poor. You have to replug USB from wireless in order to scan to computer. Not like my old Epson.

Driver software included with printer

We had a heck of a time installing the drivers on our computers because there are files missing on the driver software included with the printer. We ended up, after much frustration, having to download the driver software from the Epson website to get them installed. Very, very bad. Almost took the printer back I was so angry about that.

Wow im impressed nice all in one cant ask for anything else its quiet , fast, and great photos printed and the copier cant tell the difference from the original and also has Wi FI good work Epson for making this unit I have recommended this unit to friends and family...
