Terrific! Easy to install

Really like this model so far - especially the installation on my home wireless network. It was super simple to hook up....and photo print quality is nice for the price.

The directions actually were easy! I only had to do the installation once to get everything up and running. I have already caught up on my printing and am excited to do my next project. I am a quilter and need a scanner that is accurate and this printer completly fits my needs.

Quick & Easy

Just got the Artisan 835 at noon today (12/23/2010), started the hookup at 1:00pm after reading the instructions, and was in business in one hour (wireless hook up, a desktop and a laptop). The longest time was waiting for my windows XP on the desktop to load the software. Loaded everything on Windows 7 laptop (i5) in 10 minutes. The quality is exceptional. The wireless hookup was the easiest I've ever done and I've done many. Way to go, Epson. By the way, this is the first Epson I've owned and the first review I've written. Thanks

Great Printer

Very impressed with the printer. I like the duplex ability, best used with good paper - a little heavier then regular copy paper is better. Also like the water proof ink. Does an excellent job on photos, which was the main reason we got the printer. The lower paper tray has both photo and letter paper compartments, it is easy to do your photos and your letters without messing with the printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

THIS WILL BE MY SEVENTH EPSON PRINTER.....THE SECOND OF THE 800 SERIES....! JUST ONE GREAT PRINTER & THEN YOU GET THE REST OF THE GOODIES SCANNERS, FAX, COPIERS......!

I've always purchased Epson printers because of their excellent printing of photos. This printer is the best ever for photos. It also is the best for text that I've seen from Epson, which I didn't care about before but I noticed right away. It's very fast and feature filled with everything you would ever want in an "all in one". Buy it, you won't be disappointed.

Document feeder does not work. States that it is jam right out of the box.
College son is real upset going back to college tomorrow!

I like it. Very versatile. Had a tough time loading it to where my computer could talk to it, but finely found the password that worked from one that I had set up when setting up an older artisan 800.
I would recommend this to a friend!
