not what I was hoping for

I haven't even set up the fax yet so I can't tell you whether it will be trouble free or not, but so far, I have connected the printer to my computer as a wireless connection with no problem at all. Computer: MacPro OS-X 10.5.8.
The worst part so far has been the quality of print onto DVD/CD surfaces. I used to have Epson R220 & R320 printers that did a pretty decent job printing on DVDs but this printer right out of the box is smearing and leaving extraneous lines. I purchased this printer especially because it has this print capability, but I can't give paying customers DVDs that were printed on it! I haven't approached NewEgg or Epson about it yet due to travels, so I can't tell you how that will be managed either. So far, I'm disappointed with the printer. It's certainly not made to last and as we all know, the ink is very expensive as well.

Extremely easy to set-up with my wireless router. Software installed in just minutes.
Has many features that are easy to access with the awesome large touch screen.
I just wish there were slightly more detailed instructions on how to set up my iphone with the printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent WiFi Choice For Mac Network

Easy install. Drivers came up quick on all new Macs with Snowbird. 4 macs and 1 PC all see the new resident Artisan 835. Decent print quality and fast copier too. Did I mention that it is a fax machine too? Love it so far. Glad we stuck to the Epson brand.

Great printer

This is my third Epson printer and they just keep getting better and better. I just unpacked it plugged it in and let the CD do its work. No difficulty installing or configuring. Print quality is excellent and the print settings are so user friendly and intuitive that an occasional user such as myself had no problem producing high quality photo prints.
I would recommend this to a friend!

For anyone looking to save money in the long run by no longer ordering prints on line, this printer is the way to go. The quality of prints produced far exceeded my expectations and made the initial start-up cost well worth it.

This printer is simply awesome. It works without issue. It is simple, consistent and just awesome. The pictures come out superb. Definitely recommend this one. It is simply awesome and the software drivers are awesome to. Works perfectly with Windows 7 and our MacBooks. Even the iPhone app works great.
