Artisan 835---nice printer !

I have owned the Artisan for about two weeks now and am very pleased with its peformance and quality. Installation was easy and very straight-forward. I use it to print both text documents and HQ photos. I have not been disappointed printing either type of document and the photo quality is excellent printing 4x6 prints on glossy paper. The LCD panel is covenient and its user interface is simple to use. No complaints so far...

Easy to set up, my computer didn't balk when installing. The photo print is awesome! And my husband has already figured out how to make his copies and he used the auto document feeder. So far I really like this machine! Thinking about getting another one for my office, now if it only did auto duplexing.................

835 Printer

Once I got it all figured out I am very pleased with this printer. It's quiet and does a good job on printing and on printing on CD's. The only thing is I haven't figured out how to print card envelopes on it yet. I have the Nova card program and I can't get the printer to print on the envelopes. Other than that I'm very pleased with the printer.

This is the best printer I have ever used!!! The pictures are incredible nothing like my previous printer. I am very happy with the product so far. The directions on how to connect it were really easy and I got the fax connected and everything. I've only had it for a week so I'm not sure if there will be any problems in the future. Hopefully nothing does.

Hope the 835 is better than the 800

I went through 5 800 models and never did get one that worked well. One glitch after another. I finally abandoned the 800 and bought the 835 in hopes that Epson finally fixed the issues.
The set up was much improved over the 800 installation.
I have hope that the 835 will continue to perform.

I couldn't believe how fast I got the 835. I ordered it on 11-2-10 and received it on 11-3-10. Right out of the box it was so easy to hook up and was amazed how quick everything was up and running. This is my second EPSON printer and expect this one will give me even more satisfaction that the last. Thanks EPSON for making my life so much easier. This thing does it all. If you are on the fence about buying one, think no more. Just get it.

I know 5 stars after an hour is too early. But I must say I have already designed and printed 3 cds and they look great! I actually like the way all the colors are seperated because I can design a cd to one color and only refill that one or two that mainly get used. I loved my workforce 520 so I figure this one will do the job for hopefully 5 yrs. Love the touch panel with adjustable viewing.

I bought this to replace an Epson Stylus Photo R340, which still is going strong (so I'll recycle it to my husband). I was able to set up the Artisan 835 with surprising ease. I will use the wireless capability with my netbook and also can now recycle the old fax and scanner (wow, who know how much space they took up?). Incidentally, the first scan I made just knocked my socks off and the test fax I sent worked just as I had hoped! The printed photos are wonderful quality. I am really impressed since it was so reasonably priced.
