EPSON EQUIPMENT IS THE BEST

The Epson 835 All-in-One Printer print quality is absolutely flawless whether you are printing regular documents or photos. Every feature works flawlessly every time whether you are using it through a WI-FI or ethernet cable etc. I have even printed photos directly from my smart phone! This equipment is very reliable, it has never failed. I like it so much, that I have even given it as gift. I have been using Epson printers and scanners for years and I have always found the Epson scanners to have the best optical quality in and the Epson inkjets to have the best photo quality. I have tried to use others but each time I always come back to Epson. So, now I just buy Epson.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed

I loved the Epson Artisan 810 that I owned but the ink pad was saturated within 2 years and I had to get another 3-in-one, so I chose the Epson Artisan 835 thinking I would get the same great results in my photos, but was surprised that the quality was so poor compared to the ones that I printed with my Epson Artisan 810.
So disappointed. Not sure which printer I should go with next, but afraid to get another Epson.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We've had the Epson Artisan 835 for a few months now and we absolutely love it! You can do anything with this printer, scanner, copier. We also use it as a fax machine. It's everything your looking for in one! Great quality as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

PRINTER PROBLEMS

this printer suggested to me by my former IT guy. i have had nothing but problems. Note the word former the paper constantly gets stuck even when i use 'their'paper

My experience

I am a student so I do not have much money so I was looking for a printer that could do more than print because of being in college it is an essential tool for my computer. I have had my printer for two years now and I have not had any problems what so ever. If you are a college student or have an home office this the printer for you. Epson printers are well built, reliable and well worth the money. If anything happens to this printer I will certainly buy another Epson printer without question.

Great set-up, but provided ink cartridges empty

Opened and set-up new printer. Set-up software was great. Found that the black ink cartridge was full, four color cartridges were 1/8th full, and one color cartridge was empty. So now I have to purchase a full color kit immediately! VERY disappointed!!!!

Finally a printer worth the money

Love the Artisan 835. It's smart, intuitive to use, and best of all it prints beautifully. I do a lot of color images, and they never have wierd lines running across them or inbalanced color. Oh! and no more paper jamming issues! Thanks!

Excellent Printer

I have own several printer in my day and the Artisan 835 is by far the best and one of the simplest to use. Network set up was a breeze. And for people like me that is saying a lot. I can print from desktop, laptop, tablet, and cell phone with ease. Color is very real to life and when you use Epson ink and paper it is water proof.
I would recommend this to a friend!
