Great Printer for photos

I have been using this printer for about six months now and one thing I can tell about it is "buy one and have fun working (or printing). Set up is very easy if you can follow some on screen instructions. Photo quality is second to none. Very fast printer. Prints a 4X6 color photo in best mode in about 10 to 13 seconds. I haven't seen anything better than this in its class.
I m glad I bought this. I also own an Artisan 810 as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had not purchased an Epson in many years, the Artisan was very easy to set up, including the wireless portion on a network for 4 computers in my house. Printing was of high quality, pictures are amazing and print in seconds. I highly recomend this printer, there is a newer version, well worth the cost.

Epson Artisan 835 review

I am happy with the Epson Artisan 835 printer; however, there is one area that could be improved. The scanning software should make it easier to scan in one side of a duplex multi-page document, then flip the document over and scan the other pages, and then 'automatically' put all the pages in order in one .pdf file. Other brands of printers allow you to do this, and it is a fairly simple thing to implement in software. There is a way to do it with the Epson Artisan 835 but it is a more difficult (time consuming process). The scanner software should be updated to make this easier.

I haven't used the fax feature yet. I have had to download the software twice, unknown why. The picture print quality is better than my last Epson. So far the print quality is good.

This is a terrific printer in so many ways. Compared to my experiences with other manufacturers, this printer has great print quality, easy install, and always works wirelessly.
