Fragile Paper Tray Mechanism

I would have given this printer 5 stars except for the fragile paper tray which is a little difficult to remove. Be Careful on removing it so you don't break the pull out tab ears because the tray does not remove smoothly. All that being said, everthing else about this printer is near perfect. Strengthen the paper tray mechanism and make removal smoother and it would be a 5 star printer.

Epson Artisan 835 All-in-One Printer

I liked this printer from the day I saw it. I have had some trouble with the software as it will not work well with Window 7. You well have fun updating it for yourself.
Otherwise I like the way it looks any functions, it prints any copies picture great. Paper is in a tray with picture paper and CD/DVD tray.

I must say that I am very pleased with my purchase of the Artisan 835. From the ease at which set it up was performed , to the User guide which aided in that process.
Copies are crisp and clear. Wireless function is indispensable. I an veryu pleased with my purchase and no regrets linger.

Epson Artisan 835 AIO Printer

We already have the Epson Artisan 810 AIO printer. We needed a second printer and based on our knowledge of the 810 we chose the Epson Artisan 835 which is the replacement for the 810. We chose the 835 because of its print quality and speed and have not been disapointed. Photos come out beautiful regardless of the type paper we use. Highly recommend this printer

Awsome Printer

This Printer is awsome, not only it does wireless printing but also wireless scanning. In addition the front sd card slot serves as network storage and if you press the cd tray button in the front whala and a cd print tray comes out of nowere so you can print on printable cds. The only con with this printer is that in real life its bigger than it looks online you must have a pretty big desk.

Quality

Set up went without a hitch. Would recommend using USB cable when installing on first computer as it sinplifies installation.
Epson should spend another .50 on a sturdier paper tray. The one supplied is pathetic given the price and functions of the unit. Their flagship all in one should be more sturdy. John

Artisan 835 Help Desk
on August 4, 2011

Installation of everything went very fast. Due to my (or lack thereof) knowledge of hardware, I was trying to have my iMAC and my PC both work with this printer. I am using an Apple Airport Extreme BUT I didn't know this unit was a router. After some attempts to get both computers working with the software installed, I put everything on hold until I could call the Epson Help Desk.
The wait time was minimal (called at 10:00 am EST) and talked to a MAC and a PC expert. They had me up and running in 15 minutes. They both were great and knowledgable. I applaud the service department.
