I wrote a review and gave it one star and my review was removed. I filled out my warranty card and registered the product just in case it was removed for not being a verified buyer. I'll give it 3 stars this time. The device works very well and holds a charge for a long time. I watched videos from this company stating that it never needs to be replaced because the silicone is anti-bacterial. I cleaned it regularly with soap and antibacterial soap. After about 6 months it started to develop a black stain under the bristles. I soaked the brush head in a shallow dish with vinegar and baking soda, as well as hydrogen peroxide. It would not come off. I even tried 91% rubbing alcohol. Since I believed I had sterilized it, I continued to use it. A year later, the black stain has gotten larger, it looks like mildew. I tried all the above mentioned cleaning methods and also tried scraping it off, but nothing worked. It is like black mold becoming a part of the silicone. At this point I am afraid to use it. I bought it because of the "never needs to be replaced" advertisement. It still works fine and continues to hold a charge so I hate to throw it away. The problem is the black stain/mold/mildew that won't come off. It is now past the warranty period, but the black stain developed after only 6 months and I regret that I didn't contact the company earlier. If yours develops a weird stain, don't simply trust their product video and do something about it before the warranty expires.

We appreciate your comments and are very sorry about the experience you had with the Clean Pro. The silicone is anti-bacterial. However, even anti-bacterial silicone that is always moist can begin to develop some mold. We highly suggest that your Clean device be completely dred off on a regular basis.

I'm in my early 50's, on the lighter sight for skin color. I have sun spots and black head galore. This cleaning apparatus is amazing. My face always feels fresh, deep cleaned and tight after use. It has cleared up my face (black heads and wide pores). I look forward to every evening and morning to clean my face. I have used it in the shower, while it works, I prefer over the sink so I can scrub longer. I purchased one for one of my daughters bday and can't wait to hear her review.

Truly the BEST facial sonic care brush I have used. My skin has become brighter clearer less redness and smoother.. I have combination skin with redness in my nose area. Now the redness is less noticeable I strongly recommend this facial device to my friends & family. I am 60 years young??

Love this for myself and my daughers

Love the Jade Pro for my skin. I use the Jade Pro with the soy face cleanser by Fresh which I have been using for years. It helps to make my skin feel more hydrated somehow, which I was not expecting. The warming Jade side is relaxing bonus to use with sheet masks that I love as well as my daughters aged 14 and 18. My 14 yo daughter is battling with acne this seems to help her get a nice deeper cleanse to clear her pores out. I think I'm going to need to buy a second one since it is such a hit with the females of the family....I'm sure once I convince my boys to try it they will love it too.

really good product. love that it has the jade stone on one side and one the other side the cleaner brush to leave my skin looking good. texture is great. pores still need time to look better

I love the convenience of being able to use my clean pro jade in the shower, however, haven't seen much difference yet in using the jade side, but am thrilled with the cleaning brush side !!!
