Perfect Mixer for Bread Making

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bake bread often. I love my 5 quart Tilt Head mixer but many times there was too much dough for this mixer. So I purchased a 7 Quart. It is perfect for the larger batters and saves on keading. I have always had great performance from all my KitchenAid products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is such an upgrade from my decades old KitchenAid mixer! I can grind twice the amount of wheat berries in half the time and the machine barely gets warm. I absolutely love this KitchenAid mixer.

Love machine not so much the bowl

Simple to use, handles my large, heavy batches of chunky GF cookie dough with ease...and looks great doing it! The cast iron texture is a gorgeous contrast on my counter...and b/c it is such a classic, elegant look will transition when we replace counters and backsplash. Wasn't able to upload my photo...but take word for it: this will be a long term relationship.

Highly Dissapointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wisk and other attachments don't come all the way down into the bowl and therefore, what I bought it for still has lumps in it. This was such an issue, I had to go purchase another mixer that works much better. Additionally, I am not a fan of how the bowl fits/clicks into the base. It is hard to snap into place and it feels like I am going to break it every time I do it. I am highly disappointed in this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
