Phenomenal upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from the Pro600 (which we had for 20 years) and enjoying how much quieter this model is. The black color is great and fits well in our kitchen. Doing an amazing job with a variety of bread doughs.

Great mixer mechanically, but..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this mixer less than a month ago, it works great and gets the job done. However, im not sure if we just got a faulty one but the handle fell apart the first time we used it. i’ll look into getting it fixed but it was really disappointing to see such an expensive item fall apart the first time we used it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Slow start awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best birthday gift! Hubby got me exactly what I wanted, bigger bowl and the one with the ingredients shield. But I also love how this machine had slow start so even without the shield- ingredients don’t spray out when I first turn it on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used for the first time, so smooth. I love it. I had the 300 watt artisan, but I dropped it on my floor; and while it still works, it really needs repairs! My daughter bought my new 700 watt for my birthday!😊
