This is the fourth one i purchased in less than a month. The motor burned out within one minute of using the previous three. To say I'm disapointed is an understatement.
i bought it to replace my 5 qt but, i find myself bringing out my 5 qt to use due to the fact the 7 qt doesn’t mix smaller batches very well, at all. Had it specified this i would have never purchased the 7 qt. Needless to say , i will not recommend this to my fellow baking followers. I am strongly considering returning it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quality product

I bought this for my Christmas present so I would be sure to get what I wanted. So far I have been very pleased with the product and how quiet it id compared to my previous unit. But I do have to admit that the previous unit is now 20 year with some pretty heavy use for cookies and cheesecakes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

One of the most disappointing adult purchases I’ve made. Out of the box, mixing wasn’t close to the bottom of the bowl; fails dime test. This was still a problem after the tightening screw was completely screwed in. Also right out of the box the mixer has never worked past speed 6. I purchased this mixer to make life easier and buy more time, something I don’t have a lot of. If you have more time than money, don’t risk the purchase.

I won this mixer in a Christmas giveaway and it lives up to the hype! I'm very happy and satisfied and this makes baking even more enjoyable than it already was for me!

Wasted my money

I purchased a totally new 7 qt unit to replace our older 6 qt because the juicer when used was causing metal shavings to appear in our juice. We called in to support and ended up purchasing a new unit. Now the exact same issue is beginning again, even after also purchasing a new juicer attachment. Also, the newer unit does not connect to the juicer as securely. Really unhappy that we paid for the new unit only to have it have the exact same issues. Also the mixer blades does not fully reach the sides of the new unit. This was a problem with the 6 qt. I though improvements would be made.
