Great fridge

I love my LG appliances and this fridge is no exception. It is great, the ice cubes are smaller than normal, the water is always cold. I wish the door bins on the left were larger, but with the ice maker there, I guess they are as big as they can be. It's a great fridge, keeps everything nice and cold

Best Refrigerator

So far it has been so much better than the GE Profile Side-by-Side we had. I hope it continues. We have only had it since June 2011 so we will see. One thing I had against it was as soon as we got it in the house and set in place the cooling fan/compressor was hitting the bracket around it but since that was replaced it has run like a dream.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

The good: Very Quiet, Lots of storage, Energy effecient, everything close to eye level. easy to clean, maintains temps very well.
Needed improvements: Raise the supports on sliding shelves, I have to tip stuf to get under them, ice in storage container gets stuck and we have to open the door and break it loose, the left door with the ice and swivel latch slams heavy, shakes the whole fridge. We're LG fans. Almost all our appliances are LG. I would reccomend this fridge.

We've had our LG French Door Refrigerator for a little more than a week. Not only is it attractive and quiet, it has lots of space. I love the convenience of having the refrigerator on the top as this is the compartment that I use most often. While the ice maker is small, it meets our needs completely. Love ability to choose cubes or shaved ice.

I love the overall look and design of this fridge. The ice make/water doesnt take up a whole lot of room, spacious, easy to get to everything. The slide in shelf is fantastic. I love the look of it. Wish it had the 3d shelf in the freezer like the 32 cb ft one had Over all I am happy with what I bought.

we've had our fridge for a little over a month and it is wonderful! it's so spacious and the in-door ice maker takes up less space than models with components in the actual fridge.
the lighting inside is really bright, so you can see everything without shuffling all of your food around.
the large tray is great for holding trays and longer containers.

We especially love the layout of this refrigerator and freezer. They both allow for great organization of food, and we're able to store so much more than in our former French-door refrigerator (another brand). We agree with the reviews that reflect the fact that the ice and water dispensers are rather unusual, and guests often "water the floor." We would also have liked a readout of the actual refrigerator and freezer temperatures...but inexpensive refrigerator/freezer thermometers handle that just fine. Everything considered, we are very pleased with our purchase.

I initially had problems w/ the door flap sticking and the water & ice dispensers but after they were greased & adjusted it's perfect!
