Terrible Batteries

I bought the lawn mover and these batteries were included. I purchased the set 2 years ago, and now the batteries are not working!

Faulty battery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the self propelled mower in the beginning of 2022 that came with these batteries. Like many others one of my batteries will not charge at all. The battery shows one bar but none of my Dewalt chargers will even detect the battery.

Faulty batteries!

We like Dewalt products, (polesaw, leaf blower, chainsaw are great!) so we bought a Dewalt mower with the included batteries only one year ago. Advertised as running a hour - awesome.
No so much! We ended up with another wasteful faulty battery situation, like others have mentioned. One battery drains from three bars to one within 2 to 4 passes mowing a relatively small lawn, while the other battery remains at three bars, so the mower cannot continue. Now trying to decide whether to switch to a different brand or take a chance and buy more of these batteries which are incredibly expensive and likely not worth the money at this point. So wasteful and disappointing!

So disappointed. I wish I did more research when deciding which brand of lawn equipment to go with. We bought this April 2023, excited about the use of the batteries for the mower, edger, and leaf blower. We only mowed the lawn a couple times before the battery life couldn’t last like it did initially; it took two full charges to mow our 1/4 acre lawn. Fast forward to April 2024, one of the batteries doesn’t work at all, even though when docked it says fully charged. Really frustrating to think about dropping a significant amount of money again just to get another battery or two that could be faulty or quit working in a year again.

Bad Batteries

Same problem as everyone else. One of the batteries for the mower went bad after barely one year of use. Really expected better of this company, been using their tools for years and never had these issues. Just with this lawnmower and battery set.

Bought the DeWalt lawn mower approximately 3 years ago. Happy with the mower but one of the DCB210 batteries stopped charging. Called the DeWalt warranty number and was disappointed that the battery was not in warranty anymore. Expired 3 months ago.

Batteries don't hold charge

Batteries were purchased with a Lawn mower. Now they won't hold a charge. I have tons of Dewalt products and all are great, except this one. Batteries are the weak link here. Not up to Dewalt standards.

Horrible batteries

Horrible batteries. 1 battery shows fully charged but the other one shows 1 bar anf the push mower wont start. Cant even mow half my lawn cause they die. Its like a 2 day process to just do my backyard.
