Terrible Product

I bought a Dewalt self propelled mower less than a month ago as I have mostly Dewalt tools and they have worked well for me in the past. Needless to day I am extremely disappointed, as this advertised as a 1 hour run time and I am getting less than 10 minutes of runtime the last few times I used it. I went on line to purchase additional batteries thinking that may be the reason but after looking at so many similar reviews I suspect it is the dewalt product. I was willing to pay more for this mower relying on the brand reputation, but I feel that I got a bait and switch with this product.

Batteries fail quickly

One battery will not charge.

Two batteries came with lawn mower purchased 07/2023, Less then 10 mowings of a small yard and one of the batteries will no longer charge. First time I have ever had a problem with a DeWalt batter.

Very poor batteries

Bought mower last year, had troubles with mower first time out where it completely stopped. After getting it replaced I have gone through 3 batteries and I’m not sure I’d let myself buy another at this point.

Faulty battery

Bought the DeWalt lawnmower year ago came with 2 of this batteries. Have used not even 20 times. One of the two batteries that came with it recently failed charge, The charger light indicator doesn't blink it indicates it's fully charged, which it's not.

Junk batteries

I bought this lawn mower over a year ago already the batteries are dead.DCB210 batterie I am very disappointed in DeWalt products and to replace these batteries are ridiculous price I think they should cover me under warranty.

Warning stay away from this product.

My wife bought me the mower with these batteries.
They are awful didn't last a year steer clear of these as they cannot handle the heat and usage.
As an electrical engineer I can see the fault in the design. Product is less than poor, it should never have been offered. I have had one battery replace just to fail again. If the batteries are using in something less than a mover they may function fine, but not in this application.

Tools are great, batteries - not so much

I've had to come back twice in one year to ask for replacements to these batteries that came in my lawnmower set. I have always used DeWalt tools and been very impressed, but at this point I'm very disappointed in the results provided by these batteries - impacting my ability to work with my DeWalt tools.
