I have 2 of these 20v 10 AH batteries

I bought an electric lawnmower from dewalt less than a year ago. Towards the end of the mowing season my mower wouldn’t last any longer than 15 minutes. Now as I prepare for this summer one of my batteries will not even hold a charge. I can never get ahold of anyone to help with service. This mower is not worth it.

Battery won't charge

I have two of the batteries and they won't recharge. Frustrating because I have Dewalt everything else. The lawnmower was not worth the money. I'll have to buy a new lawnmower because it takes so long to cut my grass. If you get the lawnmower make sure you cut the grass ever other day and get lots of batteries.

Batteries are horrible

I bought the mower, the first 2 mows worked great, and I mean great! The batteries lasted for the front and backyard. 3rd mow I couldn’t even get a 1/4 of the front yard mowed and it has been that way since. I love the mower but am so disappointed in the batteries. What you are charging for them is ridiculous, especially for those of us on a VERY tight budget. The mower was an investment for me to begin with but I can’t be spending that kind of money replacing batteries like they’re paper towels. Very disappointing.

Didn't work for very long

Bought a lawnmower that came with two of these batteries they both worked for a little over two months and randomly one stopped charging it won't charge past one bar and dewalt will only offer me two 5ah batteries to replace the one that's messing up. Problem is I could mow my entire yard without having to swap batteries if I took them up on the 5ah batteries then I'd have to stop in the middle of mowing and swap one of the 5ah batteries and in the end I'd be charging three batteries for next time which is just ridiculous. In my opinion if you can't replace the battery with the one I bought then you should give me the one above it like a 12ah flexvolt. I shouldn't be downgraded because you failed in quality control and can't keep your crap batteries in stock

Batteries died

Purchased lawn mower with 10AMP batteries. Batteries died on 3rd time at bat. Figured batteries were not properly charged. Used 2 of my 9AMP batterie to complete the task. Following weekend after ensuring batteries are fully charge. Lawn mower did not go 10 feet before dying. One battery indicted it was dead. Attempted to charge several times and use with other tools, resulting in battery failure.

Dead after 2 months

Purchased a lawn mower that came with a two pack of these. Worked great for about 6 weeks. Then out of no where it would die about halfway through. One battery pack ended up being faulty. Dewalt sent me two 9ah batteries, after a month, to replace it since the 10ahs are out of stock everywhere. They only last long enough to do about 80-90% of my lawn if I’m lucky.

Don’t hold charge

Bought a DeWalt lawn mower that came with two of these batteries. One battery would not even charge and the other one won’t hold a charge. Have exchanged the batteries for a second time now. Very disappointed in a this lawn mower which was not cheap. I hope the tools are better than the mowers.
