Great knife for small jobs

I love this knife because I use it for all the little knives the small cutting tasks. I use this to cut tomatoes and sandwiches so that the bread doesn't get smashed. The handle is very comfortable to use.

I used to use a pairing knife for everything until I got this knife. I never knew how many things work better with a serrated utility knife. Take tomatoes, sometimes when you cut them with a pairing knife they smush and can ruin their shape. With this knife, the integrity of the tomatoes will remain in tact.

The Professional S series has a nice blanced weighted feel in your hand and this serrated utility is no exception. It is very sharp and with special formula steel it will stay sharp and strong use after use. A serrated utility is handy for citrus, tomatoes, cutting sandwiches, rolls or even sausages. Anything with a skin and softer interior.

A great go-to knife

This is the go-to knife for so many tasks, from cutting tomatoes, oranges or slicing through a package of sausage. It is forged from that awesome Germany steel and made in Germany so you know it's going to stay sharp and last for years. The handle is perfectly balanced and durable with its three rivets.

This Pro S utility is great for any citrus and tomatoes and also for bread and rolls. The serrated edge cuts nicely through an outer hard crust and inner soft texture. Everyone needs a good utility knife and this one fits the bill.

Also called a picnic knife this blade has a multiple of uses. Can cut cheese, salami, bread and tomatoes. It can also spread mustard and mayo...ergo the perfect picnic knife!
