It’s a perfect serrated edge for cutting bagels, which we do quite often.

Super sharp and durable!

I purchased this knife to replace the same one that lasted 25 years! It's still sharp but sadly the handle broke! I'm looking forward to many more years with this one. It's super sharpe and I used it for everything except things that need a bigger knife, like watermelon. It slices and dice's razor sharp! One knife that does it all! Love this knife!

The knife is not what you'd expect for this price. It won't cut straight. It's always going to cut at an angle. I don't like it. I wish they'd bring back their old utility knife with serrated edge. Their best knife ever. This is not it.

True to their word- Lifetime Warranty

My husband and I registered for a Henckels set when we were married in 1997. After several years, this knife had the handle broken, and the company honored the warranty and gave us a brand new knife. Henckels products are worth paying the extra money for because the company will be around and the products offer such great quality.
