[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] seems good but I thought the mower was self propelled so it's almost impossible for me to use due to handicaps

Hello bergerhthrb7,
Thank you for choosing Greenworks for your lawn care needs. This kit is a push mower. This information can be viewed in the description and features prior to purchasing. A self-propelled lawn mower has a drive system to propel it forward while a push mower relies on manual effort to move. A self-propelled mower can climb hills with very little effort on your part, but a push mower is an affordable way to mow a flat yard. We have product experts available to answer any questions and concerns you may have, and we will work with you to ensure that you pick the platform that best suits your needs, we are sorry we were not able to assist you prior to purchasing this kit. Should you have any questions or warranty needs, please contact us directly through chatbot on Greenworks Tools website that will direct you to a Live agent or call us at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). We would like the opportunity to speak with you to see if we can find a solution.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being close to 80 the self propulsion feature is unbeatable on my hills and inclines. The blower is superb, very efficient. The trimmer works well but gets too heavy for me, not the trimmer's issue, but mine. I'm not very good with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is so very frustrating that the auto-feed spool does not work. Every minute or so I have to take the spool apart and feed out more line by hand. This is my second machine (acquired because the first was stolen but I still had the battery and charger pack and also the mower, which is great) and it is the same problem with the auto-feed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Albion, We are sorry for your experience. The machine has an auto-feed head. If the cutting line does not automatically advance, it can be tangled or empty. 1. Start the machine and keep 3s. Release the trigger until the machine totally stops. 2. Repeat the above step until you can hear the line-cutting noise. The line will extend approximately 0.4 in. with each stop and start of the switch trigger until the line reaches the cutoff blade and the cut-off blade cuts the excess length. Do not pull or release the trigger too fast. Users can also, remove the cutting line from the spool and rewind it The line might be twisted around the spool. Hope these suggestion help. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that it is lightweight & easy to use but it should work longer on a charge. Each time I used it, it only runs for 10 minutes, then the battery needs recharged again. You can't get much done with only 10 minutes of run time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
