Bought this to replace our old Waffle maker that was 20yrs old. This is perfect even better than the old one where this model lets u control the level off doneness. Happy with it and I've used it alot already.

The last time I had waffles from a waffle maker harks back many many decades ago in my parents home with one of those very large and extremely heavy waffle irons. On my sourdough journey I thought how fun it would be to make waffles, scrolled through dozens of waffle makers and bought this one. What a delight it is, perfect size for toasting my batch of homemade sourdough discard waffles, freezing and then toasting. Makes wonderful food gifts, everyone has memories of waffles from childhood or restaurants and these come out restaurant worthy in this Cuisinart. I highly recommend this Cuisinart model
