Pre-heats quickly at all setting and have a nice even cook. The machine itself is a little flimsy. The upper lid seems extremely loose fitting but that may be by design to allow for batter expansion during cooking. There are four rubber legs on the bottom side. They are not attached well. I have already lost one and another keeps falling off. May end of removing all of them to keep the machine even on the counter, otherwise is wobbles from side to side.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my second waffle maker I purchased . The first one I used for at least 10 yrs or more . After that one quit working I bought a new one . Just like my old waffle maker . They make such good waffles . Can’t go wrong buying this waffle maker .

I've used this waffle maker several times now and it's always made great waffles. The instructions were hazy on how much batter to use. I've found that a scant 2/3 cup is best. I ordered the pancake/waffle mix that Disney reportedly uses for Mickey waffles, and like it very much.
