This waffle maker is wonderful. It is small but makes a big waffle. You can adjust the temperature to have crispy waffles if you prefer. I love it. Easy to use and easy to store away.

Odd plastic oder, when heated. Temperature gage is flimsy, wish you could take the waffle maker apart to clean. BUT ... it makes light, fluffy waffles.

I like this waffle iron. It was relatively inexpensive, but works quite well. I would recommend it, but with two cautions:
This first is the setting knob for light to dark. Once you find the setting you like (I use 3), you are set. But the knob has a lot of play in it, so it does not feel exact.
The second issue seems to be the same for all waffle irons these days: they rely upon a light to tell you when to add the mix and when it is done. It functions fine but I would prefer an audible whistle (my old one had one), so I don’t have to watch the thing like a hawk. I would prefer to read the morning news until I hear something instead of having to look every ten seconds at it
