[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used several different manufacturers for a Window ac units, but hands down this is the best one thus far.. its quieter than any of the others and much colder than the others of the same btu. Im glad I purchased this ac.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great so far. We just received it 2 weeks ago and it worked great during the 90 degree high humidity weather. Ran it for 48 hours during the heat wave, but then the weather got cooler again so we opened the windows again. The remote is handy and works great. Used the eco feature and that worked well. I liked that it doesn't have smart features because I didn't have to pay extra for something I did not want. The price was right for (2) basic small window units which I purchased in my order.

Not bad for the price ....

We always buy cheap ones, as the more expensive ones we have tried don't last any longer. This unit seems fine and works as it should, has a reasonable noise level, and the controls seem to work fine.

Perfect but noisy
